WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Before you spend your precious time — do a little homework. Write down your ideal wedding scenario on a sheet of paper, noting which services you would like to include in it.

To find out how our team can help at your wedding — see the Services section.

CONTACT US!

When you know your needs — contact us. We will arrange a remote or in-person meeting, during which we will understand each other, create a vision, and agree on a work plan. If everything suits you — we will agree on the costs, sign a contract, and reserve the wedding date.

MEETING

The meeting usually takes place 1–2 months before the wedding.

At this meeting, we already agree on very specific things — the necessary equipment, supplies, exact timings, the event plan, drink brands, designs; we compile a drinks menu, create mockups for the photo booth prints. We plan it all out and write the information in a shared Google document in such a way that anyone reading it from the outside would understand everything unambiguously.

WEDDING DAY

The Kāzu Bārs team arrives at the event about two hours before the guests arrive, so that by the time the first guests arrive, the hall is fully ready for work and we can serve a welcome drink.

Typically, Kāzu Bārs operates for 10 hours, after which we leave a self-service bar. This is a great opportunity for those who have long dreamed of being a cocktail maestro. If it is possible to provide accommodation for the bartender, then all equipment and drinks are left until morning. If it is not possible — we agree on a solution in advance so as not to leave out those guests who don’t want to end the party so quickly.

Payment is made when the bartender leaves (at night or in the morning). If our team has provided the drinks, then the bartender counts the empty bottles and the settlement is made. All unopened drinks are returned.
